HOW TO GUIDE TO LOGGING IN AND USING THE INSENTRA SUPPORT PORTAL

- If you do not have a log in, please click Sign Up and enter your credentials
- Once you have a login
- login via the login icon at the top right corner of the page
- Use your credentials
- Do not login via SSO

Logging a Ticket
- Click on the ‘Report an Issue or log a Service Request’ button

Approve Requests
- This lists any approvals for the user
- The user must be registered as a CAB (Change Advisory Board) member for the client
- You can view and approve change requests here

How to Navigate
- Click on the menu or Navigation drawer icon

Viewing all Tickets
- Click on the ‘Report an Issue or log a Service Request’ button
- Shows all tickets for this user
- The user can export this list via the Export Tickets link

Service Catalogue
- Note that the Service Catalogues for clients is currently in review to be built out. The only Service Request available is the Security item; Right to Request
